One subscription, every feature

Install ES Schémas, create your account, then register your company with its enterprise number (CBE) under “Account”: you then have 30 days of unlimited use, with every feature. No credit card is required.

Nothing is billed: no payment method was asked for. Your projects then open read-only on your devices: you view them, print their PDF and export their archive. Choose a subscription to edit them again.

Yes: each user works on two devices of their choice, Windows PC, Mac, iPad or Android tablet, plus their phone with ES Schémas Mobile, which does not count. To change device, remove one under “Account” › “Devices”, three times per 30 days at most.

Yes: the monthly subscription has no commitment. In between, your projects stay yours and open read-only on your devices: you view them, print their PDF and export their archive.

Yes: let us know by e-mail or WhatsApp. The monthly subscription has no commitment: it ends at the end of the month already paid. The yearly subscription runs until the end of the year you have paid for.

Choose the yearly subscription: your first year costs €390 excl. VAT instead of €490, that’s €32.50 a month, for your company’s first yearly subscription taken by 30 January 2027. For a team, the offer applies to the first seat. The subscription then renews at the yearly price in force.

The Education licence is free for electrician courses: technical and vocational schools, apprenticeships and dual learning (IFAPME, EFP, SFPME, CEFA, Syntra), adult education, and Forem, Bruxelles Formation and VDAB courses. It covers pupils, students and apprentices, and their teachers and trainers. Install ES Schémas and create your account, then write to us at contact@electrosmart.be with proof for the current year naming the electrician course: for a learner, the certificate of enrolment is enough; for a teacher or trainer, a certificate from the school or training centre. No company number is needed. We activate the licence on your account, within 24 hours on average; it renews free for each school or training year with new proof. It is for lessons, coursework and exams, not for invoiced jobs.

Register your company under “Account”: its 30-day trial begins, then the subscription of your choice: the monthly plan, with no commitment, costs €49 excl. VAT, or €59.29 incl. VAT. Your projects stay yours; those started with the Education licence keep its mark on their documents.

Each installer has their own account and joins the company: the manager gives them a seat under “Account” › “Team”. The whole team shares its projects: everyone sees and edits them on their devices, and two people’s changes to the same project are merged. An installer’s existing projects join the team; if they give their seat back or leave the company, the projects stay with the team. The first seat costs €49 excl. VAT a month, each further seat €19 excl. VAT a month. Yearly: €490 excl. VAT for the first seat, €190 excl. VAT for each further seat. For example, excl. VAT: two seats, €68 a month or €680 a year; three seats, €87 or €870; six seats, €144 or €1,440; ten seats, €220 or €2,200. Yearly, the launch offer takes €100 off the first year. Everyone who uses ES Schémas, even only on their phone, holds a seat: the team’s projects open only with a seat. The free trial covers one user: the account that registers the company, which becomes its manager.
