By phone, in English or French. On WhatsApp, by text or by e-mail, in English, French or Dutch: we answer within 24 hours on average.
In the app
The Help button, on the home screen and in the studio header, opens the guide on the page for the screen you are on (F1 on a computer). You can search it for a word, browse the frequently asked questions or restart the guided tour, which shows the real controls one by one on the demonstration project.

Reporting a problem
So that we can reproduce it, please include in your e-mail:
- the device and its operating system (for example “iPad Air, iPadOS 18” or “Windows 11 PC”) and the version of ES Schémas;
- what you were doing, what you expected and what happened, with a screenshot if possible;
- if the problem concerns a project, its
.esschemaarchive (the “…” menu on the project card, “Export the archive”), if you are able to share it.
Your account
- Forgotten your password? On the sign-in screen, tap “Forgot password?”, enter the code e-mailed to you and choose a new one.
- Lost a device? From another signed-in device, “Sign out of all devices” revokes every session.
- Subscription: the plans are on the Pricing page; to subscribe, alone or as a team, call us, send a WhatsApp or write to us.
